I don't and I won't work with W⚓⚓nkers either this job is stressful it's self if just on the tool's double if a TESTER I like to turn up put a shift in and go home with the least grief as possible it doesn't always happen even more so with the complext  electronics cars have these days  I miss plugs and points  I digress right I was at a Fiat Alfa  dealer in Blackburn at dinner and the area manager is on it I said I'm NOT interested what you have to say 1 pm I'm all ears  carry on pi55ing me off and it will be on you !!!  Oh what way  ? I'll force feed you my ham sandwich down your throat ( doesn't eat pig 🐖 ) and LEAVE  that gearbox Unbuilt THAT I've got  stripped down on my work bench you Muppet

I’m one of those Area Managers that revels in the bullies that threaten, not one of them has followed through. And not one of them has said boo when they’ve seen me away from work, different dynamic then.

About 6 months ago I had a tester leave, wasn’t best please because he wasn’t getting paid whilst he was off sick, weird. Anyway, abusive WhatsApp’s , voicemails, threats of tribunals, all that. Gods honest truth, he rang me yesterday (withheld number) asked me why I’d blocked him and if I could help him with his MOT training, dead nice he was lol. I gave him the number of the best training provider I know and I’ll put penny to a pound he’ll be asking me for a job within 12 months.

Then I’ll have the ever present decision us w⚓️s have to make, do I want a hole (as in vacancy), or an @rsehole. All too often, as the good guys leave the trade or stay where they are, it’s only the later that are around to fill the vacancies.

i had a area manger when i worked with kwik fit gave me a right hard time i told him to back of but no he kept pushing liked to pock you with his finger did it once too often layed him out like the big bully he was got pulled in by the general he shook my hand and said well done but still got the sack but after that 2/3 boys had a go at him and he left them to work with a uthere fast company

I stopped taking crap of off bosses years ago (that a lot of years by the way) Iv'e never been sacked apart from when I was 16 and then all the staff went on strike until I was reinstated and the manager sacked.
Told the boss where I am now I can't work with you so either you stay in your office and let me get on with it or I shall hand my notice in choice is yours it's you or me (he stayed in office)
I do work and I do home the two do not cross these days, I start on time and finish on time.
Everybody knows where they stand so no excuse to p*ss me off and if I don't think something right I tell them.

dwain I don't get paid for my dinner time so I won't listen to anyone talking work in my time do you talk to your employees in THEIR time ?  So the 2nd garage I was at in Blackburn at a Peugeot dealer I was employed by my first boss as the used car mechanic and worked for him garage manager didn't like me as I was not under his control  over the year I was there it all changed  he was the first one I ever punched he made me redundant at 10 30 am and said I'm finishing at 5 p.m.because they were busy  . I took my overall s off in his office and said I'll collect my tools tmoz with my wages owed in a cheque and that will be that  day after at 10 am knock on my door the apprentice  is outside my house  with my wages and my tools .. In the van  I'm NOT a bully and we are NOT at school
